The Space:
Located on the 3rd floor, enjoy making this unique condo your home. Upon arriving, you will be greeted with cold water, and some fresh fruit or coffee to kickstart your vacation.
Indoor Space:
This is a fully furnished condo featuring cold air conditioning, ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchenette, high speed wifi, a large flat screen smart tv, a queen bed, a sofa/couch, and dinette.
Outdoor Space:
Directly outside the unit, you have your very own bistro set over looking the beautiful lush gardens and pool area to catch the breeze while enjoying your coffee or a cocktail and a view of the Ocotal mountains on the horizon.
-Have a rinse in the refreshing outdoor shower and take a plunge in the recently updated pool.
-Enjoy lounging by the pool basking in the sun, or under the shade of the palm trees in the garden.
-The Ranchero offers a BBQ and eating area which is a shared space within the complex surrounded by the lush manicured garden.
Guest Access:
The entire grounds of the condo are available for use to include your private bistro set outside your door and the shared spaces which includes the Ranchero, the pool, and laundry center.

Things to Know:
-Located on the 3rd Floor, so you will be sure to get all your steps in (no elevator).
-No pets are allowed at this vacation rental, however this complex is pet friendly.
-There is a sofa couch that folds down into a bed, which is great for a child or 3rd guest.
-Fresh Linens (and extras) to include sheets, bath towels, and pool/beach towels.
-Starter items to include a few rolls of TP, and a roll of PT, and a few garbage bags.

-Parking is free in front of the complex, on the side/and behind the complex as well as street parking is available. Parking is subject to availability.
-Potential for some noise during business hours of the shops/restaurant within the complex.
-Rise & Shine, the sun rises between 5-5:30am, so if you are a light and/or sound sensitive it might be helpful to bring earplugs and/or an eye mask. There are room darkening curtains to help with the light in the morning hours if you want to sleep in.
-You must be 21y or older to rent this unit.
