On Hwy 35 3 miles from Sardis lake and 2 miles from golf course. This new house finished in April in 2021. Designed to the specification of those who just want to get away, the fishermen, hunters and those who wish to be close to the Oxford and the University but want the quite solitude of rural life. This two bedroom houses, one bath accommodates guest with queen beds in each bedroom and a sofa bed in the large living room. The house has washer and dryer, a completely furnished kitchen and large outside covered carport to accommodate a boat and in addition a covered sitting area.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Mallard Pointe Golf Course. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the vacation home.

Don't stay here- SCAM!

We booked this listing in January. The day before our check-in I still not received any information from the property owner. I sent a message to the owner through the VRBO app and did not receive a response. I called the property owner and told them I was calling regarding check-in information. The person never asked who I was or when I had reservations or even identified themselves. They told me I could "come whenever" and just to text them and they would respond back with the codes to get in (supposedly they were on a flight when I called but somehow answered the phone). The next morning we had received an email that our reservation was canceled due to "plumbing issues". We were traveling 4 hours for a concert and were stuck with no where to stay. DO NOT BOOK THIS LISTING! VRBO customer service was also no help. When I contacted them the day before arrival addressing my concerns and they said everything was fine bc the number I called was the same number they had listed for the owner and it was normal not to receive check-in information until the day is arrival. Supposedly we are getting a full refund (to be determine! The customer support rep said it takes 5-7 days).

Family Weekend

Our family stayed at this property for the Fall Family Weekend at Ole Miss. The proximity was about 30 min away and it worked very well for us. The owner was responsive if we had questions and the property was very clean and comfortable. We had a great weekend!
