In a recently built luxury residence with swimming pool in residence, this comfortable apartment on the 3rd floor with lift, is ideally located near the marina, shops and the beach (150 m) Scaffa Rossa (beach foot).

3 mins walk to shops: bakeries, supermarkets, various shops (handicraft, fashion), restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice cream parlors, tobacco / press, hairdressers, pharmacy, doctors, Post (automatic withdrawal window) petrol stations, etc ....

Appartement très bien situé et spacieux

Points positifs : grand appartement, grand balcon avec superbe vue sur la mer et piscine, climatisation, lave linge, piscine bien entretenue, calme, proche à pied du port, de la plage, de la riviere, des animations ( rue principale piétonne chaque mercredi et samedi soir avec animations), très bons restaurants. Parking public gratuit avec des places disponibles. Contact facile et aimable avec l'agence. Points négatifs : literie pas confortable, mauvais plan de la situation de l'appartement remis par l'agence, pas de kit "bienvenue" tel que papier WC, éponge, sel....dans l'appart à notre arrivée, deux volets qui se ferment mal, mobilier et agencement vieillissant,

Herrlicher Blick zum Meer und zum Hafen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Ruhige Lage, obwohl das Appartement (mit Lift) fast direkt am Yachthafen liegt. Der Pool war erst am vierten Tag nutzbar. Informationen auf deutsch wären wünschenswert. Auf dem großen Balkon lässt es sich genüsslich essen. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche.
