The property features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, distributed across a well-organized interior layout. The living and sleeping area serves as a welcoming central space, complete with a pull-out bed suitable for 2 persons (2 x 90 cm, length 190 cm), a dining table, and a satellite TV. The first bedroom is furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, offering a comfortable and elegant sleeping arrangement. The second bedroom features 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 190 cm in length, making it particularly well-suited for children or additional guests. The kitchen area is equipped as a fully functional kitchenette, including a 4-ceramic glass hob hotplate, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
