Logement parfait

Nous Étions 2 couples et avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour. Le logement est propre, trĂšs bien situĂ© en plein centre de sarlat, proche des restaurants, marchĂ©, animations... Des places de parking gratuites se trouvent facilement Ă  400m (sinon tout est payant). Je recommande

Logement bien placĂ© en plein centre historique, parking gratuit Ă  5 mn Ă  pied (il faut chercher avant l’arrivĂ©e) et trĂšs proche des commerces. Appartement Ă  amĂ©liorer au niveau des Ă©quipements et du mĂ©nage, litterie passable. Pas de wifi et rĂ©seau tĂ©lĂ©phone Affreux sur deux opĂ©rateurs diffĂ©rents.

Belles découvertes dans le Périgord noir

Le logement est trĂšs bien situĂ© en plein centre de Sarlat proche de tous commerces. Le belvĂ©dĂšre de l’église est Ă  faire absolument, il y a un marchĂ© le mercredi et un marchĂ© nocturne le jeudi soir. MalgrĂ© le fait que l’appartement soit situĂ© sur la rue principale. Nous n’avons pas eu de bruit particulier. Je recommande fortement ce logement ! Nous avons pu visiter Domme, Saint Cirq la Popie, Montignac, la Roque Gageac, et bien sĂ»r Sarlat.

Peu d'informations, peu ou pas de communication

Bien situĂ© en zone piĂ©tonne mais, Code d'entrĂ©e de l'immeuble non communiquĂ©, problĂšme de serrure Ă  l'arrivĂ©e. Il a fallu batailler pour la faire remplacer. peu accessible, bruyant en soirĂ©e, table repas mal adaptĂ©e, deux tĂ©lĂ©s qui ne fonctionnent pas, pas d'internet, difficultĂ©s d'accĂšs aux volets, fenĂȘtres ne s'ouvrant pas totalement, pas de sacs poubelle, deux Ă©ponges sales, cuvette des toilettes cassĂ©e, prix trop Ă©levĂ© par rapport aux prestations fournies.

Appartement trÚs agréable qui donne sur la rue principale de Sarlat, idéale pour découvrir la cité médiévale. Petit équipement dans la cuisine, spacieux, dommage que les 2 TV ne fonctionnaient pas en période de couvre feux et manque de rideaux occultants.

Perfectible

L appartement est agréable, bien équipé. La propreté de la baignoire et des toilettes n est pas optimale ( calcaire) Le proprietaire est reactif pour résoudre les problÚmes. Le logement est idéalement situé en centre ville.
