Just Amazing!!!

I don’t generally write reviews, but our week here was just incredible, the photos are accurate, if not under sell how beautiful the house, area and views from the pool are. This was the perfect place for my wife and I and our two boys (8 & 10) to spend a week of our summer holiday. We will be back for sure, great value for money, just perfect! Thank you

Fabulous Holiday..!

We had an amazing time at La Malonie. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The house was excellent with all the amenities you would need for a very comfortable stay. As for the outside space, WOW..! Our private pool was just perfect and the view from the pool area was spectacular. We will definitely be back. Thank you to Patrice and Virginie….

Perfect home

Our stay was very comfortable. My husband kept saying, “ I could live here!” and everything we did was only 20 miles away in whatever direction it seemed. The house literally next door had 12 people of our family there comfortably. The dinner table sat us all every night for a fantastic time. We would stay there again in a heart beat!

Beautiful house in wonderful location

We stayed in the two-bedroom house for 4 nights. The host Virginie was very responsive and kind, and happy to assist in any way possible. The house itself was very well-appointed, had a well-stocked kitchen, laundry, very comfortable firm mattresses, etc. We really loved our stay - the view over the valley to Marquay is ever-changing with the sun and clouds, fog in the mornings, and birds singing. There are also paths around the property that you can take for a walk (look on AllTrails). There is also a separate house that has a foosball table and ping pong table that we took advantage of (it is shared with the other 2 houses). We had a wonderful time.

Million Dollar View

Hidden gem in the middle of the Dordogne. Amazing property finished to a modern, high quality standard. The view of the village of Marquay across the valley is priceless - absolutely stunning.

This place is amazing it’s just like home from home. The views are spectacular the so quiet. Virginie was so welcoming and recommended some lovely places to visit. Séjour parfait dans une région formidable

Quatre nuits en plein du Périgord noir dans une maison où tout nos critères de choix ont été à la hauteur. Vue dégagée, grand espace, grand calme, décoration moderne et soignée, piscine chauffée .. et on y ajoute des hôtes charmants .. on y retournera.

une pépite dans le périgord

superbe maison avec une vue magnifique. Calme et repos assuré. Parfait pour une famille avec des enfants car la maison est très bien équipée. La piscine est agréablement chauffé et est aménagée d’une pataugeoire pour les plus petits. De plus la maison se situe à u cœur de tous les sites touristiques. Nous reviendrons.

vraiment un endroit magique, calme, reposant la propriétaire est d'une gentillesse rare, à l'écoute, disponible aimable vraiment une bonne personne c'est que du bonheur. l'équipement de la maison est au TOP rien ne manque et que des produits de qualités, une vue superbe, une piscine où l'on peut nager à son aise. c'est vraiment un endroit magique et j'espère pouvoir y retourner

Un séjour réussi dans une magnifique maison bien agréable à vivre où rien ne manque, avec une belle piscine sécurisée, idéal avec des jeunes enfants ! Wow! Un coin de paradis!!!

Nous avons passé une semaine à la Malonie avec 2 enfants. J'ai beaucoup hésité à remplir mon appréciation pour que ce petit joyau du Périgord Noir pour éviter qu'il ne devienne trop populaire et qu'il soit impossible de réserver à nouveau, mais Virginie et Pateice Verley sont des hôtes tellement charmants et attentionnés que je ne pouvais pas faire autrement. Tout d'abord Virgine nous a aidé à préparer notre voyage dans le Périgord en nous fournissant nombres de recommendations et informations pratiques pour planifier notre itinéraire. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous avons été accueillis par Virginie et Patrice qui nous ont fait le tour de la propriété et nous ont offert une boîte de foie gras et une bouteille de vin de leur production en guise de bienvenue. La maison était parfaite, très bien équipée, d'une propreté impeccable, lumineuse, joliment décorée. Vraiment, un petit coin de paradis. Nous avons profité de la piscine, du barbecue, des boules de pétanques, du coin petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse, des transats, de la connexion Internet (et d'une enceinte portable Bose que nous avons connectée à notre téléphone portable pour écouter nos musiques préférées). C'était un endroit parfait pour évoluer dans la région avec toutes sortes d'activités journalières (faire les marchés, visiter Lascaux et le gouffre de Padirac, Rocamadour, les Eyzies, Sarlat, Domme, Beynac, La Roque-Gageac, la Vézère,...). Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci Virginie et Patrice pour votre accueil et le soin du détail pour rendre notre séjour le plus réussi possible.

Encore de belles vacances en Dordogne !

Habitués de la Dordogne, nous recommandons cette très belle location en pleine nature, au calme, et proche de très nombreux sites touristiques de Dordogne. La Vézère, très joli affluent de la Dordogne, est toute proche pour de jolies descentes en canoë ou kayak. La maison en elle même est un havre de paix ; elle est très joliment faite et décorée avec beaucoup de soin. Les équipements sont très complets et haut de gamme. Le plus : piscine avec vue presque infinie sur la campagne vallonnée.... Et pour vous donner envie de revenir : un accueil plus qu'adorable avec des propriétaires passionnés par la région ! Bref.... On recommande !
