Be respectful of outdoor noise. I cherish my relationship with my neighbours. Remove your shoes at the front door. Wash sand from feet and sandles.
In summer close windows every time you leave the house, In winter there is a shovel in the front lobby closet along with De-Icer for stairs walkway.
No smoking or vaping or storage or use of cannabis in the house please. There is an ashtray for cigarette butts out the back door by the BBQ.
