Ideal for families, the apartment on the first floor consists of a living area, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include fans and air conditioning. The spacious covered balcony with seating furniture is perfect to start the day with a cup of coffee and enjoy the wonderful views of the glistening blue sea. The shared outdoor area boasts a garden with a stone barbecue for you to spend the evenings with a glass of wine and tasty dinners. You can reach a bus stop after 500 m or a 6-minute walk, and after 1 km you will find restaurants, bars and tobacconists along the marina, while bigger supermarkets are located a 6-minute drive (3.2 km) away in Pula. The nearest sandy beach is only 560 m or a 7-minute walk from the apartment, where you can bask in the sunshine and swim in the beautiful bay. The town of Sarroch is a 12-minute drive (7 km) away, and the bustling city of Cagliari with its charming old town centre lies a 40-minute drive (38 km) north of Perd’e Sali. The city’s international airport is a 35-minute drive (37 km) from the apartment.
