The villa outside has a garden with synthetic lawn, a parking space, space for outdoor dining in the shade with table and chairs, outdoor shower, laundry corner with washing machine and sink, brick barbecue for outdoor roasting.
Inside the house is composed of a comfortable living room with flat-screen satellite TV, a sofa with peninsula, kitchenette with microwave oven, extendable table, 2 large double bedrooms with third bed and a complete bathroom with hydromassage shower.
The house is complete with bed linen and towels for each guest, dishes, cutlery and glasses, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, pellet stove, drying rack ...
It is also given free of charge, for guests' use, a beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs.
Upon delivery of the keys, a contract will be signed to further protect the parties, with house and contractor data, length of stay, etc.

Porto Columbu Perd e Sali is a quiet and ideal village to relax and stay a few steps from the sea. In the village there are soccer fields and tennis courts, a small church, the tourist port of Perd and Sali to rent rubber boats, canoes or go diving in the crystal clear waters rich in flora and fauna, and the Bosco Bosco riding stable for horseback riding.
At about 2 km there is the town of Pula, full of shops open until late at night for shopping until peacefully, restaurants and bars.
The archaeological area of Nora with its Roman ruins, the Coltellazzo tower and the aquarium.
On the main road 195 just before the roundabout in the village of Villa San Pietro there is the Blufan water playground to have fun in the numerous slides and pools.
