In the second unit we find: a double bedroom for the disabled with en suite bathroom; a \"Boutique\" with the sale of local products including oil of its own production and various excellences of Tuscan craftsmanship; the area is completed by a splendid billiard room overlooking the countryside.

Outside, in the large park of the villa, the splendid private swimming pool for your exclusive use (6 x 12 meters) with two gazebos, one with poolside loungers and another in a raised area with sofas under a splendid centuries-old oak for relax.

The area in front of the kitchen, under three wonderful trees, a table for your outdoor dining. The property is completed by a flagship: a \"vegetable garden\" with the production of vegetables, aromatic herbs and seasonal fruit available to guests.
