It offers 4 bedrooms: 2 with double beds, 1 with 2 single beds, and 1 with a French bed, as well as 2 bathrooms—one with a bathtub and one with a large shower. The living room features a comfortable 4-seater sofa and a fireplace, while the dining area has an open kitchen with a central island, perfect for those who love to cook. Private Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace are available.



Outside, you will find a 400 sqm private garden with a lawn, fruit trees, and a vegetable patch. The rear veranda is equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor meals and relaxation.



Public street parking is available. Up to 2 pets are allowed, provided they do not get on sofas or beds. The presence of pets is permitted for an extra fee. Events are not allowed and smoking is prohibited inside the villa.



The villa is just a 10-minute walk from the town center and Piscine park. The medieval village of Sarteano is located in Val d’Orcia, near famous thermal towns such as San Casciano, Chianciano, Bagni San Filippo, and Bagno Vignoni. Nearby are Montepulciano, Cetona, Pienza, Monticchiello, and Città della Pieve. The villa is easily accessible from the A1 motorway, Chiusi/Chianciano Terme exit, and about 6 km from the provincial road. Rome and Florence airports are easily reachable. All guests must be registered at the time of booking and are required to respect the property. It is not allowed to host unregistered people overnight. From November to March, heating is available for an extra fee.
