VILLA CANNETO - SARTEANO AREA

Villa Canneto is a typical farmhouse immersed in the Tuscan countryside. It is a perfect choice if you want to relax though not renouncing to some cultural activities. You can have daily excursions in the near cities of Pienza, Montepulciano while Siena is at just one hour drive.

Villa Canneto is a two-storey villa with access on the first floor via external staircase.

First floor: entrance, living room with fireplace, kitchen equipped with oven and dishwasher, 3 double bedrooms and one bathroom with shower.

Ground floor: one twin bedroom with direct access to the garden.

PLEASE NOTE: the two floors are not connected internally. Both floors have separate entrances.

Outside area: private swimming pool (7m x 14m - depth from 1.40 to 2.30), BBQ and outside dining area, garage, fenced pond.

Facilities: private pool, BBQ, table tennis, mosquito nets, dishwasher, washing machine, internet WIFI.

The owner produces and has a cellar of excellent wines. There is the possibility to taste and purchase them (service not included in the rental cost).
