Welcome to Sarzeau, in the heart of the Rhuys peninsula, in this comfortable apartment ideally located in the city centre! All shops, restaurants and local markets are accessible on foot. The apartment, fully furnished and equipped, can accommodate up to 4 travellers and has a large 9m2 balcony without overlooking neighbours, resembling a terrace and featuring two tables and a lounger. It is the perfect pied-à-terre to discover the wonders of the Gulf of Morbihan.
Just 5 minutes by car, you will reach fine sandy beaches for swimming or water activities such as paddle boarding, sailing or kayaking. Nature lovers will appreciate walks on coastal paths, with superb views of the ocean. Take advantage of your stay to embark towards the islands of Arz and aux Moines.
Located on the 4th floor (with elevator) of a secure residence, the apartment has a large, warm living area with access to the balcony through a French window. The kitchen, open and modern, is fully equipped: refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, as well as all the necessary utensils for cooking. For your breakfasts, you will find a filter coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. Share your meals around the dining table for 4 people and extend the evening in the living room, comfortably seated on the sofa in front of the television.
