Cocoonr Agency offers you Cap à Houat, a duplex flat located in a beautiful building directly on the port of Saint-Jacques in Sarzeau. This charming 97 m² flat is ideally located facing the beach ! Located on the 2nd floor without a lift, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Bright and spacious, this duplex flat has all the comforts you need, and a stunning sea view of the boats and Saint-Jacques beach. It has free wifi access (fibre optic).

The accommodation comprises
- A 30 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Three bedrooms with 3 double beds including : 1 queen-size bed (160×200) on the ground floor and 2 double beds (140×190) on the 1st floor.
- Two shower rooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
- 1 separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The flat is ideally located in Sarzeau, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market, etc.

Vue sur le port de Saint-Jacques à Sarzeau

Logement très beau (décoration sur le thème de la mer) et très bien situé puisque face à la mer. Appartement qui dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour. Calme, propreté et bonnes literies. Je recommande.
