The property was as described, nice position, well equipped, clean and suited us well. The WiFi code was only found by chance, in faded chalk on a narrow wall.However, an abiding adverse memory remains of the non-existent welcome. Despite arrangements made well in advance with Homelok's Aurore to be met at 16.00, she was not there, nor did she respond to WhatsApp reminders. Attempts to contact Homelok were not helped by their agent who wouldn't accept English and our French is not good - she told us to text. While attempting to do this some 1.5 hours after the agreed meeting time, a chance encounter with a neighbour who knew the owner saved the situation for us. There was a hidden key safe and the code was obtained, allowing us to enter the property nearly 2 hours late. It was very stressful. Belatedly, Aurore also WhatsApped a picture of the keysafe and the code and supplied "mille excuses". We complained to Homelok suggesting some recompense but they brushed that off. They need a contingency plan if their agent is unable to attend as planned. So much stress could have been avoided if Aurore had provided the picture of the keysafe's location and code at 16.00 if she knew she was delayed. When asked to provide the WiFi code the next day she replied that it was on the box - not so, as noted above. I should add that Homelok have also asked me to review our stay emphasising that I should be giving 5 stars all round - no chance, I am not responding separately.
