Sarzeau is a lovely small town with all essential shops. The holiday home is 2 km from Brillac, where you will find a grocery store, bread and a tobacco shop.\n\nBed linen and towels available on request, for an extra fee.\n\nThe accommodation includes a large living room, 2 bedrooms and 4 beds:\n- On the ground floor: living area with kitchen, dining room and lounge with fireplace (wood in the garden), a toilet, a bedroom accessible via one step (1 double bed 140 cm) and a washbasin in the room.\n- Upstairs: a bedroom (1 double bed 140 cm) with bathroom and toilet. The bathroom is accessed through the bedroom.\n\nThe staircase is steep and not suitable for people with reduced mobility.\n\nOutside, French windows open onto a large garden with table, chairs, armchairs and parasol. At the top of the garden, about 100 meters from the house, a large raised wooden terrace offers views of the Gulf of Morbihan and sunsets.\n\nA parking space for your car is under the trees, near the holiday home.\n\nAmenities: electric oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, small refrigerator (85 cm high), TV (52 x 32 cm), small electric barbecue, hairdryer, wifi.\n\nThe rental is semi-detached to the main house (usually unoccupied).
