Welcome to Sarzeau, just a stone's throw from Roaliguen, where nature and ocean meet for a seaside stay. This cozy 65 m² house, ideal for 5 people, welcomes you in a peaceful setting, with a closed garden and a 15 m² terrace to fully enjoy the outdoors. Just a 5-minute walk from the beach, it's the perfect place to discover the Rhuys peninsula, stroll along the seashore, and savor local specialties.
Enter through the entrance door and discover a pleasant living space open to the terrace. This bright space includes a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils for preparing your meals), a dining table for 5 people, as well as a comfortable living room with a sofa and wood stove, ideal for friendly evenings with family or friends. Behind the kitchen, you will find a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet.
On the first floor, two rooms await you. The first, with a balcony and sea view, is equipped with two single beds (90x190 cm). The second has a single bed (90x190 cm). A bathroom with toilet is also located on this floor.
On the second floor, a third spacious bedroom offers a Queen size bed (160x200 cm) and a large skylight providing a superb view of the coast.
For more comfort, a washing machine and a dryer are at your disposal throughout your stay.
