After a day exploring the region or relaxing on the beaches located just 4 km away, you can gather on the beautiful 15 m² wooden terrace, perfect for convivial moments. A perfect pied-à-terre to discover Sarzeau and its surroundings with simplicity!
Step through the door and let yourself be seduced by an interior that is both warm and functional. The large living area opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and all the utensils necessary to prepare your meals.
The dining area has a table for 2 people, while the comfortable lounge, with its sofa and television, is ideal for sharing convivial moments with family or friends.
