Welcome to Sarzeau, in the heart of the Rhuys peninsula, in this magnificent family house with an unobstructed view of the Saint-Jacques port. Ideally located, you only need to cross the road to lay your towel on the beach and enjoy the calm ocean waters. Perfect for accommodating up to 11 people, this furnished house offers all the comfort for successful holidays: a large garden with children's games, a vast terrace equipped with a barbecue for your summer meals, and spacious living areas. Enjoy the many water activities nearby, walks along the coastal path, and don't miss tasting local specialties such as Gulf oysters, Breton crepes, or artisanal cider.
Enter through the entrance door and discover a bright, spacious living area with direct access to the terrace. The independent and fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) offers everything you need to cook with ease. For your breakfasts, you'll find a kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, and a Nespresso machine. Share your meals around the large extendable table that can accommodate up to 11 guests. In the evening, gather in the living room, comfortably seated on the sofas, with a coffee table and a television.
At the end of the hallway are four rooms: two double rooms (140x190 cm bed) with private bathroom, one of which has a toilet, a room with two single beds (90x190 cm), and a last one with a single bed (90x190 cm). An additional bathroom and a separate toilet complete the ground floor.
Climb the stairs leading to the mezzanine where you will discover a library space with a desk, perfect for working remotely in peace. You will also find a double bedroom (140x190 cm bed) with a private bathroom, and another room equipped with two single beds (90x190 cm). A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet are located between these two bedrooms.
For even more comfort, a washing machine is at your disposal during your stay.
