The entire staff was PHENOMINAL! Our room was super clean, A/C worked great, great internet and quiet. Yes, tje rooms are small (did not affect us at all) and breakfast was super crowded both mornings (again, it did not bother us at all). We'll definitely being staying here again - customer service was top notch and the amenities were legit.

Very close to the Sasebo JR station, just 2 minutes walk ! Close to 7-11 and station store if you need to get something. Car parking is available at a charge (700yen?) and the entrance is at the curb of the main road. Beware it is Automated parking system not for large car, the staff will suggest you park nearby if your car/truck is too big to fit in. Breakfast is typical for Tokyo Inn style and lobby is crowded , be prepared to long wait for lift during breadfast / check-out time.

I didn't like the bathroom you had to step up to get in and had very little space where the toilet was. Overall very nice hotel and customer service.

It is right outside Sasebo station. Nearest hotel. Staff can be quite stuck up and inflexible towards tourist. Check in 4pm only. Even 15 mins earlier also cant. Only recognise some member card.

One problem with this hotel is it doesn’t have it’s own parking garage! It makes the customers confused in checking in and difficult to carry their luggage!
