Consistently clean and friendly

Always cleaning. Mopping the elevator, lobby floor, places that most hotels let slide. Very friendly staff. I couldn’t get the air exchange/heat fan to settle to the right temperature (probably just me - it was really cold outside when I was there ) otherwise 5 stars all around.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was busy with the ringette, hockey and basketball teams staying at the hotel but they were very respectful at breakfast and in the pool area.
