Nice hotel I was very happy - it is very clean and pet friendly. I normally get a hotel near a park but for downtown I’d absolutely stay again. We don’t have kids but they have a pool and I saw many kids using it and having fun. The room was modern and large, the bed comfortable and the service good.

Parking was great, secure and safe. Rooms were great, clean and quiet. Hot tub was down on maintenance, however they called their sister hotel and got us in to use their HT...overall it was a great stay and just needed that 1 xtra star...!

Very comfortable stay. My only cons were that the bathroom/vanity area needs more lighting and the bathroom can also use some more hooks for towels. Other than that, the hotel was fine. The breakfast was a great full breakfast, staff were very pleasant at the main counter and the dining areas.

Our check-in person was great - our plane had been diverted from Calgary last minute - and the staff at midnight was great: very helpful, understanding, and accommodating. Unfortunately, the morning staff was not. They wouldn’t allow a late check-out which was brutal for us as we only had a few hours sleep. They could’ve worked around us for a few more hours.

This property keeps the Holiday Inn standards. The hotel is quite old but is exceptionally clean and the staff are extremely welcoming and friendly. We got complementary breakfast it was amazing. Our server at the restaurant was incredibly nice as well as the housekeeper. The girl at the reception desk was informative and kind. They have a pool! Kudos

Great location. Very walkable for a night out. Very average room. Unfortunately a popular spot for teams which can make the halls loud and the pool basically unusable. On our stay there were many pre-teens on a soccer trip that spent most of their downtime in the pool horsing around unsupervised. They splashed so much water out of the hot tub that staff had to actually top it up once they left. The hot tub area also had some buildup of scum and could have overall been cleaner.
