Not a place to stay with a dog (Cats OK tho). Not because of the hotel at all, as the staff and facility were very warm and welcoming, but because there's nowhere close to take your dog and let them relieve themselves that is a bit of a green space. Just an unlit, dirty, needle infested concrete parking lot next to the parking garage. There were people outside roaming the area looking in vehicles parked across the way, picking cigarette butts and the dark parking lot I had to take my dog to I didn't feel was safe due to the lack of lighting and people standing in the corner of the unlit parking lot and asking for change. If I didn't have my dog with me, I'd stay here again since they have a private parking garage and nice big rooms that were plenty comfortable, not to mention close to many amenities. But if you're traveling with a dog, I'd suggest elsewhere.

The room was nice, tub could have been cleaner and the shower head was really terrible. My review is mostly based on the pool area. The maintenance definitely needs improvement. The same wad of hair was on the drain by the hot tub for all 6 nights we were there despite letting front staff know the pool area needed attention. The hot tub was barely room temperature and the jets barely work. If you’re coming here for some relaxation and are really looking forward to the pool and hot tub - I’d look somewhere else.

It was all very good great location for attending events especially at TCU place … Didn’t like the fact that we got no holiday Inn rewards … as it was booked through Expedia … so will reconsider advantages of what is best as hotels have become very expensive and no maid service if you stay for 2 nights .. If they don’t want to provide service I’m fine with that but give me a discount then!

Good vibes right upon entry into the facility and a good first impression from the friendly front desk staff. Loved our room. Soaker tub was a bonus. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to others.
