The hotel was easy to locate and the receptionist was courteous. The room was clean but basic. Just to note that the hotel doesn't offer airport shuttle as stated on the website.

The facilities are outdated and not kept up. Worn out blankets and towels. Only toast for breakfast with coffee. 4 things offered On restaurants menu. Restaurant and bar is filthy. Carpet ripped and grossly filthy . Bathroom was horrendous....paper all over a Very wet floor. Bath tub was painted and paint was peeling off. Can't believe that Expedia would allow this place on their list.

The breakfast was pitiful. There was cold boiled eggs, bread, bran muffins, and coffee and juice. I was disappointed that there was no meat to go with the eggs.

Firstly, it was an $80 room in a $300 market, so expectations shouldnt be that high. Counter staff was great, however the first room I was assigned has see-throigh curtains, and although the bed was made up the bedding was very dirty with clumps of hair and other dirt. They gave me a different room with better curtains, however the beddong (although "clean" was quite stained. Otherwise, the bed was actually very comfortable! Ended up only staying one of ym two booked nights, but was unable to get a refund for the unused night.

Was put in a “newly renovated” room. When I first entered I was greeted with the smell of cigarette smoke and fresh paint. Bathroom floor and shower tiles were all broken and sharp. Floors and counter were very dirty. Pulled the sheets up on the bed to find it covered with stains and lots of loose dirt. Immediately went to the office where I was told I was not able to get a refund and had to go through Expedia. Later on Expedia reached out saying they had not given an exception for a refund and I was not able to get my money back. Avoid this place

Don’t even know where to start… sticky floors, unfinished bathroom, 15 min wait for warm water and an array of junkies on the perimeter. We were woken up by a man yelling at 6 am and had to wait until the cops showed up. Of course there was no room cleaning during all our stay. I don’t recommend this place unless it’s your last choice.

It was written that i ll pay on check in but my credit card was already deducted and instead of 200 as deposit which was written on your website they asked to deposit 400. No one was picking the phone even for 6 hours before checkin.

The room was mouldy (I am allergic to mould). When the door was opened bugs from under the door scrambled in to the room. Disgusting!!! The operator understood we couldn’t stay there and not charge was put through to Hotels.com. However my credit card was charged even after I messaged them. Hotels.com please for the right thing and return the money.

It is advertised as a budget hotel, but it is actually a motel. There are no external photos on the booking site to give this away, and no reference to this in the booking information. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the room was clean.

Open drug use on the property. Lock on the door wasn’t secure. Really run down. Gaps between the AC unit. With cold air blowing inside. Smelt like cigarettes and drugs. Horrible experience. I actually checked out after the first day of a 4 day stay. Stay away
