The shuttle service was very slow in arriving at the airport but the room was excellent and very clean. I ordered room service in the morning and it took my order but did not respond. I was on the 7th floor and went to go down to the lobby for checkout. the elevator did not work and was apparently was down. I would not have know this if the housekeeper had not told me. She called down to the front desk for help for me for my luggage as we had to take the stairs down to the lobby. Communication to the guests with an out of order sign on the elevators on each floor and a phone call from room service that they could not make a delivery would have been very helpful.

The loudness on the floor was out of the norm. I have stayed at the Saskatoon Inn before and have enjoyed my stay. This time the noise throughout the night with people running the halls and being very loud was not great at all. We had conferences the next day and having little to no sleep was not the best. Hoping our next stay for valentines day will be alot more enjoyable.
