It was a quick stay at the hotel. My request for an upper floor and away from the elevator was accepted. The room was clean and comfortable. Ample parking, and the amenities look nice. There is a Star buck in the lobby for those who need a caffeine fix. We had a nice stay.

Pulled back sheets found black beetle. So late we made excuses saying maybe we brought it in, went to sleep. Next night another beetle on the pillow.Video taken to desk,maintence guy says harmless carpet beetles. IN THE BED! Accepted moving 2nd floor fr floor 8. Told we'd be checking out in morning.This room sink didn't drain, fan extremely noisy/filthy.Next morning tt Office Mgr who said bugs are coming in due to the fires up North, said we'd have to arrange refund thru Expedia. Then Hotel told Expedia they wouldn't refund 1 night, we tt Expedia & immediately got the refund. Also having only one person on the front desk when the hotel was so busy, is inexcusable, that poor woman. There were 2 guys just hanging around behind her, what were their jobs.
