Please save yourself and do not stay here. The pictures of this property are extremely misleading. For over $200 a night, we expected a clean, well maintained hotel stay. But when we arrived, it was immediately apparent that the property is old, dirty and smelled terrible. Our bed linens were pilling, crumbs in the sheets, hair on the towels, stains on the floor, walls and chairs. Paint was chipping off the walls, sink was broken and garbage don the hallways. Internet only worked for a few hours. Kids enjoyed the water park but not worth the price of a night’s stay. The staff were very friendly but overall, this hotel needs major work. We won’t stay here again.

Aging a Bit

I have stayed here in the past. I must say that the hotel is showing some aging. I didn't find the room as clean as before. There was something sticky on the vanity, a long black hair on the floor of bathroom, there was something foreign on the bedroom floor.. i did ask that the floir be swept, not a great job was done.

The hallways and entry way all the way to the front desks are disgustingly dirty. Not vacuumed for god knows how many day’s.. That seems to be the trend hotels are migrating towards… OK with filfth

Reno's underway, on our room the door keycard system was loose and the latch is only held on by one screw in the jamb. Frame itself would likely need replaced.. they did fix the key system and tightened it up.
