We were told the room we initially booked was not available due to renovations. When we checked in we had to walk past the room and noticed a family in the room that was “closed”. They then “upgraded” us to a pool side room which was no upgrade considering it was noisy. The ceiling was peeling, tv looked like it was ready to fall off the wall.

The floor was noisy with people in the hallway up till 2:30am. AC unit was noisy clicking on and off every 10 minutes. I did not like that I could not lock my door from inside my room to the pool. Also no laundry bags in room, this should be considered a necessity in a hotel with a pool.

Won’t return due to the condition of the hotel

Dirty hotel and unkept. Desperately needs maintenance!! Splash park closed, which was one reason we chose this hotel. Noisy and the smell of chlorine in our room was nauseating and stinging to the eyes.

Unfortunately there were renovations in the fitness center and the second pool splash pad area. It would have been nice to know this ahead of time as we would have looked for another location. Otherwise the room, the service, and the facilities were enjoyable.

Castle Theme Room!

We had a themed room, it was awesome! Pool was busy, restaurant was great. There is no USB ports for charging electronics, be sure to bring a wall plug.

I was suppose to receive an email writhing 72 hours about this stay and never a dog barked from 3 am to 8 am our friends we were with found a meth pipe in there room. Went for a ball tournament for our son and none of us slept! Never had problems before but was not happy with this stay

Worst stay ever. Dirty, noisy, run down, everything in and around the hotel was sketchy and does not leave you feeling safe. Intoxicated people walking around the halls, drug use in the rooms. Thankfully I was travelling alone for work as I would never take my family here.
