Stayed here with my friend and young daughter and the area outside the hotel was very sketchy, the rooms were filthy and there was sketchy people walking around the hallways. It is definately not what it used to be like. It used to be clean, safe and family friendly years ago. Very disapointed. Will not be returning again.

Don't be fooled by photos and the pool!

On arrival, the property was very disappointing (looks much better in the online photos). We arrived for check-in with 3 or 4 cop cars parked at the entrance. When we entered, the lobby was full of people and police officers. As expected, the front desk staff were not able to say what was going on. We checked in and made our way to the family suite on the second floor. I'll start with the fact that this room has such potential, if even the slightest bit of care and attention was given to it. The size was fantastic. It is ideal when traveling with kids to have separate rooms and 2 bathrooms is an amazing detail! But that's where the good ends. It was so dirty! There was candy or gum on the wall next to one of the twin beds, dirty socks stuffed between the wall and headboard, hair and various crumbs/lint/dust everywhere (including inside the beds), there was random stuff sprayed on the walls throughout the rooms and bathrooms, the mattresses were stained with various body fluids, the mattress covers (that did not fully cover the matresses) had blood stains among other fluids, there was even a finger or toe nail tucked under the mattress. The twin beds had several holes in the box springs, the sheets were so worn in places that there were holes through the sheets on more than one of the beds, the curtains are nearly shredded, the TV stands had sticky remnants of food, etc. The photos do not do this room justice.... We did not stay...ended our trip right then.
