After we got moved to the tower, it was wonderful! The room was very nice, comfortable bed, and service desk so helpful. The breakfast was very good at the restaurant, great staff!

The front desk staff were very helpful and made our stay easy and comfortable. The hotel offered extras for guests in town to visit a local hospital. They allowed us to use their shuttle service to and from hospital, saving us taxi fares and a lot of hassle. We really appreciated the extra support.

They put us in college dorm room. The pictures on the web site did not match at all. There were no toiletries provided and the room wasn’t even cleaned with empty toilet paper rolls and only one set of towels for two people. No face clothes at all. Not impressed at all and had booked well in advance. Wouldn’t recommend the restaurant either. If you booked directly with the hotel you could get meal occurs but as we booked with Expedia the breakfast was very expensive and the food quality was poor. Would have had a better meal served by McDonalds than in this restaurant. Had a water leak and the water had to be shut off in our part of the hotel which wasn’t acceptable as we were getting ready for a wedding and needed the water on and washroom to use not the communal one that was offered. They did accommodate us with a different room which was nicer but still no toiletries provided or meal vouchers an apology for the unfortunate incident. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I’ve stayed I. Many hotels and this was worse than any hostel that I e stayed in. Glad to be home and done with that experience.

I stayed in a “West Wing” room and it was good value for the money. Parking around the property was frustrating- tight spaces and limited number for the price-$15 to park outside. My room was clean but had a “sewer” smell when I first checked in. I stay regularly at this hotel and haven’t ever had a negative experience. Worth the money for the location to university and downtown shopping.
