The apartment in the villa is in a fantastic location, above the beach promenade of Sassnitz, with a panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the unique view of the Baltic Sea, the very well-kept garden with terrace and lawn. The apartment is open plan with a living and sleeping area with double bed, decorative fireplace and stucco ceilings, a dining room area with open kitchen including kitchen equipment and a large staircase to the garden. In summer, patio furniture is available for use in the garden.

The 68m ² apartment is open plan with a living and sleeping area with double bed, decorative fireplace (closed), sofa bed, flat screen TV and stucco ceilings and a dining room area with open kitchen and kitchen equipment (fridge, ceramic hob with oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster ). The guest enters the bathroom with shower and toilet via a staircase. The large open staircase, which can be reached from the dining room area, leads to the garden. In summer, patio furniture is available for use in the garden.

Arrival is from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and departure is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
