Gute Lage ist nicht alles!

Die Wohnung ist einfach zu finden. Check-In und -out waren sehr einfach, dank Schlüsseltresor. Leider gab es eine massive Geruchsbelästigung durch den Abfluss der Dusche, welcher offensichtlich direkt an eine Abwasserleitung angeschlossen ist, ohne Geruchsverschluss. Das Bad ist sehr klein, provisorisch unter eine Treppe gebaut. Der moderne Heizkörper mit Handtuchhalter rettet hier nichts mehr. Der Lüfter zieht nur noch mehr Gestank aus dem Gulli - wir mussten den Abfluss mit einem nassen Handtuch abdecken... schade, Zähne putzen erfolgte in der Küche. Ansonsten hatte die Wohnung genug Platz für uns drei. Aber, Preis-Leistung passen nicht. Es fehlt Charme und etwas Liebe zum Detail. Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Verklemmte Schubladen, Bohrlöcher, lose Leisten in der Küche - hier und da funktioniert mal ein Lämpchen nicht, der Geschirrspüler ist schräg eingebaut... Kein Besen, kein Kehrblech. Ein Highlight - der der neuwertige und sehr saubere Kühlschrank. Jedoch kein Hinweis auf die Müllentsorgung - die Restmülltonnen waren am Abreisetag nicht da, weil die Entsorgung an einem zentralen Ort erfolgte. Wertstofftonne Fehlanzeige. Die Fenster wurde von außen bestimmt seit Monaten nicht mehr geputzt. Aber das Bett war bequem, die Heizung funktionierte gut. Die Wege zur Promenade und Hafen sind kurz. Eine Bäckerei ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Durch die Lage in der Altstadt sind sowohl die Zufahrtwege als auch der Parkplatz eng. Bad und Geruch führen zur Abwertung...

Diese FW wahr eine Katastrophe

Diese FW war verschmutzt in allen Räumen, Fußboden, Wände und auch die Türen.Weiterhin ist die Wohnung von Ungezier befallen. Ständig liefen etliche Käfer durch die Räume und Spinnen gehörten auch dazu. Die Fotos sind nicht mit der jetzigen Einrichtung indentisch ! Das Bad ist schlecht beleuchtet, die Ablage über den Waschbecken fehlt, die Dusche ist innen wie außen mehr als grenzwertig verschmutzt. Die alten Sessel wurden einfach mal mir Grauen Tüchern überzogen. Die Einbauküche steht kurz vor den Verfall. In der Küche und im Wohnzimmer liegen total verschmutzte Teppiche. Auch die Fenster sind wohl schon sehr lange nicht gereinigt worden.Der ganze Aufenthalt hat uns den Urlaub total vermiest. Es ist traurig das FeWo so etwas vermittelt
