Der erste Eindruck zählt !!! 🙀🙀🙀

Ferienunterkunft ? Oder doch überteuerte Absteige? Beim Betreten der Ferienwohnung kam uns sofort ein extrem muffliger und schimmeliger Geruch entgegen. Wir mussten erstmal alles öffnen und lüften. Dann haben wir die Unterkunft begutachtet und sofort überlegt hier in Sassnitz eine neue Unterbringung zu finden. Schimmel in den Ecken von daher der Geruch egal ob Bad oder Schlafzimmer. Eine Zumutung. Telefonisch konnten wir niemanden erreichen um unsere Reklamation direkt kund zu tun. Eine andere Unterkunft für 8 Tage war so spontan nicht zu finden immer nur was für 1 oder 2 Nächte. Den Stress will man nicht. Beschlossen wir das wir ja nur zum schlafen hier aushalten müssen und am Tag ja immer unterwegs sind. Was für eine furchtbare Absteige. Das Rauchen der anderen zieht in die Wohnung, für Nichtraucher die Hölle. Fenster schliessen und im Schimmel - Muff zu sein auch schlecht. Eine Zumutung und keine Kommunikation Seitens Anbieter war auch die Baustelle neben dran. 1 m Entfernung. Am Morgen und bis Abends Lärm und Dreck. Fenster schliessen - muffiger Gestank! Also wieder ertragen. Vieles an der Einrichtung ist weit seiner Zeit, marode und teilweise so abgenutzt das es unzumutbar ist. Sei es die schimmelige Dusche an allen Ecken und auch die Decke über der Dusche dicke Schimmel Stockflecken. Ich hoffe wir haben kein gesundheitlichen Schaden davon getragen. WLAN ging zu 90% nicht. Der TV war zur Hälfte flackernd + Streifen und ging nicht einzustellen. Fazit : Finger Weg !!!

Sehr gute Lage

Kurze Wege zum Hafen, zu Restaurants und Geschäften. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, man hat von den anderen Gästen nichts gehört. Am Haus 2 Parkplätze, ist ein bisschen eng, aber es geht. War eine angenehme Woche.
