Travelling by train - no problem. The train station is approx. 150 metres away.

Our house Sandra with its 4 holiday flats is centrally, yet quietly, located in the harbour town of Sassnitz. The Baltic Sea and beach promenade are only 250 metres away. The house was completely modernised and newly and tastefully furnished in 2020 and the new, fully equipped fitted kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle and a view of the garden.you can expect a spacious kitchen-living room, 1 bedroom with double bed - suitable for 2 adults and a small child - and a modern shower room.we would be very pleased to welcome you as guests in Haus Sandra.

The holiday flat "El Capitan" (55sqm) is located on the left-hand side at ground level and has a terrace with garden furniture and a view of the garden.

Dogs with a maximum height of 40 cm are allowed on request.
Due to the disproportionate increase in energy costs for heating and electricity, we unfortunately have to charge a surcharge.

Kurzurlaub in Sassnitz

Ich war auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung, die nicht zu groß und nicht zu klein ist und in der Nähe des Bahnhofes liegt. Diese Wohnung hat alles geboten, wonach ich gesucht habe. Zu Fuß ist die Wohnung vom Bahnhof ausgehend inmerhalb von 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Auf dem Weg gibt es auch gleich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, so dass man alles was man braucht innerhalb weniger Meter einkaufen kann. Zum Hafen läuft man ebenfalls etwa 5-10 Minuten. Die Wohnung selbst bietet alles was man braucht. Eine in der Sonne gelegene Terrasse, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und sogar einen Kamin. Der Kontakt mit der Vermietung lief nach Bezahlung problemlos. Auch zu zweit kann man diese Wohnung auch zu zweit genießen.
