Sehr gute Lage, Wohnung mit Schwachpunkten

Sehr gute Lage für Wanderungen in den Nationalpark und zu den Kreidefelsen. Restaurants auf dem Weg zum nahen Hafen. Nur 100 m zum Meer und 150 m zu einem Bäcker. Aber: Nicht geeignet für Strandurlaub. Sassnitz hat nur einen kleinen Steinstrand! Parkplatz wie angegeben. Der Weg über eine Treppe ist jedoch recht steil. Für ältere Personen oder Personen mit Gehproblemen nicht zu empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ideal. Positiv: großes Bad mit Wäschespinne. Für die kalte Jahreszeit ein Kamin. Matratzen sind ebenfalls gut, das Bett quietsche jedoch hörbar. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und in einem separaten Raum (uns fehlte nur ein Flaschenöffner). Was uns nicht gefallen hat: - das rote Sofa hat viele Flecken und müsste gereinigt oder ausgetauscht werden. - der Fernseher ist nur eingeschränkt benutzbar. Schwaches Signal, das Bild verpixelt, Ton abgehackt, trifft für die meisten Programme zu. - das Internet bricht immer wieder zusammen. - vor unserem Fenster nahe der Haustür war ein Briefkasten, der lange nicht mehr geleert wurde. Briefe im Zeitungsrohr an den Besitzer waren verschimmelt!!! Sehr unhygienisch. Habe sie herausgenommen und in den Empfangsbereich gelegt. - Schimmel an der Eingangstür. - bei unserer Ankunft stapelte sich der Restmüll in der Tonne. Wurde auf meine Beschwerde hin beseitigt. Fazit: insgesamt zufriedenstellend. Aber das Haus braucht viel mehr Aufmerksamkeit. Für das Geld erwarte ich mehr von einem professionellen Anbieter!
