The building has an elevator.  A parking space is available at the house.

Apartment 307 is located on the 3rd floor. Floor, with wonderful lake view and view of the historic center of Sassnitz • The cozy living room has a couch, a sofa and a flat-screen TV. The open kitchen is equipped with a 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and a kitchen table with chairs. • The bedroom has a double bed. Ample storage space is available for your luggage / wardrobe • Internet WLAN, the free Wi-Fi is an additional service, we do not guarantee the functionality • The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and hair dryer. A large and a small towel are provided per person • 1x linen package per person (bed linen, bath towel, small towel) is provided and is included in the total amount • Enjoy a beautiful sea view with passing ferries and fishing boats and a view to the seaside resorts of Binz and Sellin • Parking is available • For early registration, a cot, cribs and a high chair for 10 € each can be provided. The linen package for your child can be booked for 10 €. This includes bed linen, 1x bath towel and 1x towel • You can have breakfast in the adjoining restaurants and cafes.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
