Nestled in the heart of the Margeride region, the Les Hauts de Longeval gîte occupies the upper part of a small village near the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago).

Carefully furnished on a 400 m² enclosed plot, this detached house is a former 19th-century farmhouse with a sunny 28 m² terrace.

Near Saugues (4.5 km): collegiate church, chapel, Beast of Gévaudan Museum, English Tower, swimming in the ecological lake, weekly market, all shops and services, festivals and events in the summer. The ground floor comprises a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a lounge with a wood-burning stove. A shower room with toilet and a storage room are also located on this level.

On the first floor, you'll find an open-plan living area with unobstructed views, as well as two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.

For your convenience, all utilities are included in the rates.

Join the village of Saugues, then follow the direction of Esplantas (D585). Halfway, turn right towards Longeval. In the village of Longeval, take the 2nd street on the right. The cottage is located in the upper part of the village.
