Please note that this is an 18 unit apartment building as I cannot controll every unit there are some smokers in the building, but the floor this unit is on is smoke free and the unit is also smoke free.

We were disappointed with the condition of the rental. The entrance to the building was dark and dirty, with an unpleasant odour. The unit did not meet our cleanliness standards. It was over 85°F and very humid upon arrival, as the portable AC units had not been turned on. The living room unit repeatedly shuts off and requires draining hourly. The TV remote was not programmed, making the TV unusable. Despite being advertised as non-smoking, the apartment smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The owner was not helpful when I reached out to her regarding our concerns. I would not recommend staying here.
