Do you want to experience the comfort of modernity while staying in an old farmhouse? Then this address is made for you! The owners have tastefully renovated this old building which is a credit to their profession and which will allow the most curious among you to discover their farm located in the same hamlet. The old barn has been transformed to make way for a second gîte. Your gîte is located in the original living area which has also been completely renovated. The two are separated by a garage to which only you will have access. Each gîte has its private 20m2 terrace but you can chat with the neighbors thanks to the pétanque court shared by both gîtes. The cottage is composed on the ground floor: -a kitchen open to the dining room -a living room opening onto the dining room -a laundry room -a separate toilet Upstairs: -two bedrooms each with a 160 cm bed -a bedroom with two 80cm beds that can be joined together -a separate toilet -a bathroom Socket for electric vehicle charging (flat rate to be paid on site)
