Church Terrace is a three bedroom cottage sleeping six set over three floors, perfectly located in Saundersfoot just a stones throw from it's beautiful beaches, restaurant, pubs and shops. Upon entrance to Church Terrace you will be greeted by the open planned living and dining area offering seating to kick back and relax in front of the TV and log burner and a dining table with seating for four. At the back of the property the large kitchen offers everything needed to cook up a storm. Church Terrace also benefits from a downstairs W/C. Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find two of the bedrooms both boasting double beds and ample wardrobe space. The family bathroom can also be found here consisting of a bath/shower, toilet and hand basin. The third and final bedroom will be found on the second floor, again boasting a double bed and breathtaking sea views out onto Saundersfoot Beach. Church Terrace has a small outside area at the rear leading up to a public walkway. This property really is a true gem in a perfect location.
