Inside, a welcoming hallway leads to a spacious open-plan living and dining area. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors open to a large garden equipped with outdoor seating, a BBQ, a hot water outdoor shower, and breathtaking coastline views—ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing in the sea breeze. The living room features a cosy fireplace, plush seating, a large TV, and a dining table for 14, making it the perfect space for family gatherings.

The fully equipped kitchen includes two modern ovens—one a convenient combi microwave oven and the other a large oven—plus a fridge/freezer and dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze. For added practicality, a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer is available, perfect for longer stays. A stairlift from ground to first floor ensures easy access for guests with mobility needs.

On the ground floor, you'll find a luxurious bedroom with a King-size bed and an adjacent bathroom, providing a private retreat. The two front-facing bedrooms each boast King-size beds with spectacular sea views and ample wardrobe space; one has an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. Please note, Sunrise is a family-focused property. No parties, including stag and hen dos, are permitted. Any such events will result in immediate removal from the property with no refund.
