It was not clean. Towels/linens smelt of smoke. We requested fresh ones - within a few hours they too smelt of stale cigarette smoke, so we couldn’t use those either. Just not as pleased as we were the year before.

Great family vacation venue

The property was perfect for our 3 generations of family that all stayed at the house. The house was well equipped for cooking meals with plenty of seating for our large group. The beds/bedding could be updated, but the layout of the hallway with all the bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor was perfect. There were many attractions/water activities that were just a short distance away to give us all plenty to do.

Perfect Company Getaway

This property was ideal for a company getaway. The property has lots of space for outdoor games, gathering around the campfire and space for outside eating. The inside was spacious as well, kitchen had all cooking sypplies we could have ever needed. Great location to Helen and other surrounding activities. Overall we had a great experience at this cabin rental and would highly recommend for larger groups. We will be back again for sure!

Location is great and we had a ball. However there are a few housekeeping items that i must mention. The cabin was dusty, the mattress covers were disgusting. One guests thinks that shd had bed bugs bits. I will submit pictures to customer service.

Friends from all over!

I had friends come into town for my wedding and this was the perfect reunion house!! People from 8 states and 3 country enjoyed their stay! Everyone was blown away by how nice everything is!!

I/we enjoyed everything about the lodge. I just wish I had known about the early check in and late check out during the original rental time; we would have planned our trip differently to include a hike or another trip to Helen with the additional time.

Nice cabin for a group!

We had a great time. Very roomy and comfy. Water leak from bathroom to bottom floor, but out of our control. We enjoyed our stay! Great communication overall.

Best Family Vacation Yet

We take a mountain vacation with our family every year. This was hands down the best one yet! The house was perfect for the 23 of us with enough beds for everyone! The downstairs are was so large and ample space for all of us! We were so close to the town of Helen that was just the coolest town! We went there every day. We were also close to Anna Ruby Falls. It is just beautiful! We also went to the beach area and the kids had so much fun swimming and playing in the sand. We also went tubing. Everything was just a few miles away! We will definitely be back for another vacation!
