Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire cabin, including all indoor and outdoor spaces. The property sits off a steep primarily gravel road with moderate inclines. AWD/4x4 is strongly recommended—especially in rainy or winter conditions. Ample parking available.

Located on Grizzly Bear Trail in scenic Sautee Nacoochee, The Hummingbird offers total peace, privacy, and long-range views. It’s remote enough to disconnect—but still close to Helen, Sautee Nacoochee, hiking, and wineries when you're ready to explore.

Getting Around:
A personal vehicle is required. The road is steep and can be rough in poor weather—4x4 or AWD is highly advised. You'll receive detailed arrival instructions before check-in.
