Domaine de Bagard - Gîte ZENITH 72m² 4/8 pers Terrasse

Gîte Zentith is located at the top of the estate. It has a terrace with garden furniture directly overlooking the scrubland. It is a 72m² duplex with a beautiful living room equipped with 2 sofas, a kitchen area with electric cooker, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, . ..
In the living room, a sleeping area with a 140 cm canopy bed and a 140 cm sofa bed
Upstairs, a bathroom with shower and toilet
A bedroom with a 140 cm bed
A second bedroom with two 90 cm beds

Due to its location, we do not recommend this cottage for people with walking difficulties and very young children.

In the gîtes, cleaning is in principle provided by you at the end of your stay. Don't worry, we will carry out a cleaning check before the next arrival.
You can decide to entrust us with this task for a supplement of 80 to 120€ depending on the gites. Please note that the cleaning of the kitchen and the removal of garbage cans remain your responsibility.

If you wish to bring your bed linen, remember that our beds are equipped with duvets.
If you do not want to overload your suitcases, we offer bed linen at the price of 10€ / pers / stay (delivered directly from a laundry and in protective packaging)
The principle is the same for the bathroom linen offered at 5€ / pers / stay

We accept a maximum of one dog per gîte (small or medium size, no pit bulls!) for an additional €15 per stay. Be sure to protect the sofas with a plaid or blanket and to keep your pet on a leash in the presence of other holidaymakers. Our friends the cats are unfortunately not accepted.

IMPORTANT: a deposit of 400€ is required for this gîte.
Staying at the Domaine de Bagard means living in a real village that is peaceful, authentic, rejuvenating and where the key word is conviviality.

To enhance your stay, two swimming pools are at your disposal (including one for children), a sports hall, a pétanque, volleyball and football pitch. / basketball, a ping pong table, and the famous Guinguette (in July and August), the ideal place to spend real moments of conviviality between guests, next to the swimming pools, under the trees, around an aperitif board and a glass. You can organize your barbecue party in this same space thanks to the BBQ at your disposal.
Once a week in July-August, a pizza truck will visit us at the Domaine!
Also available, two washing machines and a token-operated dryer (on sale at the Guinguette)

For your peace of mind and despite our love of all kinds of babies, we have equipped the entire pool area and Guinguette with formidable machines that will capture the nasty mosquitoes around.
Free WiFi accessible outside the gîtes, at the swimming pool, games room and at the guinguette.
Due to the thickness of the walls (sometimes 1 meter!), it is unfortunately not guaranteed inside the gites. It might be a good time to get off your smartphone ;-)

This apartment offers its guests an outdoor pool and a fitness center. WiFi is free in public spaces. A terrace, an arcade/game room, and a garden are also featured at the family-friendly apartment.
