Sunny El Sauzal is the best

I loved this apartment in this great area, a really high class residential neighborhood. Very quiet and great views.It is one of the most sunniest areas in northern Tenerife

Sehr schöne Dachterrasse mit Meerblick, schöne Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist gut erreichbar, Parken ist völlig unproblematisch. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Highlight ist die ca. 50 qm große ganztägig sonnige Dachterrasse mit Blick auf das Meer und den Teide. WLAN ist schnell (zwischen 30 und 160 MBit), TV hat alle Anschlüsse (HDMI, USB). Die Ausstattung ist komplett, aber z.T. verbesserungsfähig (Besteck, kaltweiße Energiesparlampen, Sofa mit steiler Rückenlehne).
