This beautiful villa is ideal for families and business trips as it can accommodate up to 6 people. Distributed in 3 large bedrooms, the master bedroom with dressing room, two bathrooms and a toilet. With a large central living room with views of both the sea and the Teide, fully equipped kitchen and 600 mb fibre Wifi Internet access designed for teleworking. With a luxury outdoor space with private heated swimming pool, sunbathing area and different corners where you can relax, have lunch or simply enjoy the environment. All surrounded by gardens with sea views, in an idyllic setting where you can breathe tranquillity.
It is a completely sustainable and very efficient house, as it has solar panels and an air conditioning system.
