On the second floor (with lift) of a charming, chalet-style residence, in the heart of Grangesises, this apartment, for 4 people, makes an ideal holiday destination all year round.
The living area has a large corner sofa with a traditional dresser and flatscreen Smart TV. Double French windows open out on to a small balcony with views over the village piazza. The wooden dining table is next to the open plan kitchen and has seating for 4 people. The kitchenette is equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, fridge and Nespresso machine.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe.
The sofas in the living room convert into 2 comfortable single beds.

The newly renovated bathroom has a shower, basin, bidet and WC

Just 5 minutes drive from the resort of Sestriere, this apartment is in the village of Grangesises, surrounded by stunning mountain scenery. There is very little traffic in the village making it ideal for families with children, who can safely explore the pretty cobbled streets and squares.
Having hosted the 2006 Winter Olympics, Sestriere offers many activities all year round. In the winter months, the nearby slopes suit skiers and snowboarders of all levels. There is cross country skiing, heli-skiing, ice skating, motor sledging, dog sledging and snow shoeing.
Summer visitors can go hiking through the forests and alpine meadows. There are tracks for mountain biking, both challenging and more relaxed options, as well as tennis, golf and swimming. The area also hosts many festivals and events for all ages, including environmental initiatives and cultural evenings.
There are many great restaurants and bars in Grangesises and Sestriere, which will suit all tastes and budgets in the area. For self-catering, Sestriere has super markets and smaller shops selling local specialities.
Turin airport is a 1 hour and 30 minutes drive from the apartment.
