Rental of the main house full of character and its gite, in a lovely setting, calm, 2.5 hectares of greenery around.. a market town (Sauzet is 2 km away) and a village 5 km away (Luzech with its shopping facilities).
Description of the main accommodation: 4 master bedrooms, all separate (4 double beds with their separate bathrooms) and 2 children's bedrooms (separate children's bathroom, air-conditioning).
Description of the gite: 2 bedrooms, 1 master and another one for children with 1 shared bathroom, separate kitchen,
for 20 people maximum.
Facilities: heated swimming pool with furniture, garden furniture, all mod cons inside, very well equipped kitchen in the main house, TV, Wi-Fi Internet, barbecue and plancha, ping-pong table, housekeeping services in addition (once per week for 5 hours).
Nearby: Cahors, canoeing down the Lot region, golf (45min, 1h to Dordogne or 1h15 to Souillac and Toulouse), wine cellar visits, horseback riding.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Musée La Planete des Moulins. Laundry facilities and an arcade/game room are available. A private pool and a kitchen are available in the vacation home.

Un coin de paradis lotois pour toute la famille – même à quatre pattes !Nous avons loué cette charmante ferme typiquement lotoise pour un mois afin de passer une partie de l’été près de notre famille et de nos amis, car nous vivons habituellement au Mexique. Et il faut le dire : c’est Paco, notre golden doodle, qui a eu le dernier mot dans le choix de cette maison !Entre le grand parc, les vues dégagées sur la campagne et le calme environnant, l’endroit était tout simplement parfait – pour nous comme pour lui. La maison a offert un cadre idyllique pour des retrouvailles inoubliables.Un grand merci à Antoine, le concierge, toujours attentif et réactif face aux petits aléas du quotidien. Et mention spéciale à Alice, notre aide précieuse sur place, rapidement surnommée « Alice au pays des merveilles » par toute la famille.Un séjour réussi à tous les niveaux… à refaire sans hésiter !

Jolie maison de famille. Bien équipée et très bien entretenue. Cadre magnifique et environnement apaisant. On a subit un très gros orage et l’un des parasols en a souffert quoique fermé: il faut être attentif à la météo car c’est une région de contraste à tout point de vue ! Nous recommandons le vignoble LA BELLE HISTOIRE, familial et bon vin. Merci à Cécile pour son magnifique Parmentier de canard qui est très très abordable. (Demander ses coordonnées )

Excellent séjour familial malgré la canicule : la magnifique piscine nous a sauvés ! La maison est luxueuse, la cuisine un peu petite mais très bien fournie, les chambres spacieuses et personnalisées. Intervention très rapide et efficace pour un nid de frelons. Le domaine est immense et très beau, les nombreux salons d'extérieur très appréciés pour les apéritifs et soirées. Bref, à recommander !

Maison très belle et pratique sur un terrain magnifique...

C'est une maison idéale à louer pour des vacances en famille. Nous l'avons loué en juillet dernier avec 5 familles (18 personnes) et c'était une maison très pratique et confortable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le grand jardin et la piscine chauffée. Toutes les chambres ont également été très joliment décorées par les propriétaires et disposent d'une salle de bain séparée (à l'exception des chambres «enfants» au 1er étage qui partagent une salle de bain). Pour les très grandes familles, il y a un bâtiment supplémentaire à côté. Dans ce cas, je ne suis pas sûr qu'il y ait suffisamment de chaises, de couverts et de plaques pour manger ensemble dans la maison principale. Il aurait été agréable d'avoir plus de possibilités de sièges à la piscine. Après 2 semaines, nous avons découvert qu'il y avait des chaises longues additionnelles dans la cave ... Il est important de savoir que la plupart des endroits intéressants à visiter sont situés à au moins 60 minutes en voiture (sauf Cahors et quelques petits villages à proximité). Tous ensemble, un très bon séjour dans un environnement très agréable. Merci beaucoup. Gr, Patrick
