Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 115 m² house in Sauzon, which was completely renovated in 2023 and can accommodate up to 7 guests. It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room (with a non-functional fireplace), a 30 m² fitted kitchen with dining area, three good bedrooms, two shower rooms (with showers) and a garden of around 300 m². We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor
- A 30 m² living room with TV, (decorative) fireplace and sitting area
- A 30 m² fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a dining area, including: electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Shower room with WC

First floor
- Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed (160×200) with en-suite shower room and WC
- Bedroom 3: A bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a single bed

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Outside
- A lovely 300 m² enclosed garden with flowers
- A 25 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Sauzon, in a very pleasant environment. It lies halfway between the spectacular Plage du Donnant and Pointe des Poulains. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (2 vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- 45 min by boat (with the possibility of transporting the car on the boat)
- Car hire in Le Palais (port of arrival)
- Bike hire 2 km from the house

Other remarks:
- The fireplace is non-functional and decorative only.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Steep staircase requiring special supervision for young children.
- Bed linen, towels and tea towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with the "Au Bonheur des Soeurs" concierge service, who will provide you with prices directly).
- The concierge offers a home shopping delivery service.

Disliked: Cleanliness
The house is comfortable, nice to live in with a pleasant front garden and well located next to Sauzon. However, the house was not clean when we got in, the bed sheets (not included) are outrageously expensive and the property manager is aggressive and extremely rude.
Stayed 7 nights in Aug 2025
