The property was gorgeous and had just opened so everything was new. The only items that were odd we had zero housekeeping service on Friday which they told us on check in. The other part of the stay that wasn't great is if you stay on the Bay St side its LOUD, racing cars going up and down all day and semis during the night.

We have watched this hotel this from the fountaion until now, hoping to have an exciting visit but was very disappointed. Staff really need social skills. We are frequent guests in the Historic district, clearly the worst experience because of personnel not facilty.

I had a fantastic stay at the AC Hotel in Savannah! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and attentive. The modern, stylish decor throughout the hotel created a relaxing and upscale atmosphere, and my room was clean, spacious, and beautifully designed with thoughtful amenities. The location is perfect—just a short walk to River Street, Forsyth Park, and all the charming restaurants and shops downtown. I also appreciated the quiet, peaceful environment despite being so close to everything. The on-site bar and lounge had a great vibe, and the rooftop views were stunning. Whether you’re visiting for business or pleasure, I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay in Savannah!

Beautiful hotel. The rooms were nice and the beds and pillows were very comfortable! The staff was very nice. The restaurant Lavender was delicious! The service was wonderful and the rooftop view was gorgeous! The only thing I wish was there was a pool.

Great BUT BUT....

Overall a good stay. Very readily accessible to River Street shops and restaurants. Only down points - Was not clear where we could park by ourselves, on arrival it appears as if valet is the only option. This cost $52 per day!!! Also due to limited room service I ran out of body wash while showering....

This hotel is brand new and soo nice! Walkable to mant restaurants and shops by the river. The breakfast is 20 dollars and not really worth it in our opinion but it has great views and if staying multiple days might be an easier option. The rooms are great, everything is new, valet was super easy!
