Carriage House W/ Hot Tub! Near Starland Yard

Modern, stylish and efficient 'Carriage House' home with its own private front courtyard and hot tub. This home is equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer and large screen TV making it comfortable for long stays or short vacations.

​​​​​​​Parking is either free on the street or guests may use a private off street spot behind the carriage house.

The owners live in the main house in front and there is no shared space.

What to expect when booking: We are an "integrated partner" with VRBO/Expedia/HomeAway. Your credit card will show the rent/tax/cleaning portion of your charges under our company name because Integrated Partners are required to be the Merchant Of Record per VRBO terms of service. Only your "service fee" charged by VRBO will show on your credit card statement as a charge from that company and rest shows separately as a charge from our local Savannah GA company. Please be sure anyone who oversees your credit card statement is aware of this to avoid any confusion. The carriage house was perfect for our stay in Savannah! Clean, well-cared for, and with more amenities than I was expecting, I can’t say enough positive things about the house itself. The place was adorable, very clean and well maintained. Didn't get a chance to use the hot tub though. Neighborhood was a little noisy but as expected on Christmas Eve. Will be back to stay again during the summer months.

Everything met the listing exactly. Very nice home with good space for lounging and relaxing. Parking was always open on the street just about 10 feet from the entrance. Very good communication with the property manager and only about a 5 minute drive to the downtown historic district.

This was a cute little place to stay. Had everything that we needed. Updated and private. Hot tub was nice as well as the faux fireplace. The only draw back was it took a while for the water to heat up & the water pressure in the shower was a little low. Otherwise, our stay was great!
