Welcome to our second-level apartment at the Retro Rainbow Herb River Hideaway, just 8 miles from downtown Savannah! This recently updated 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit offers all the comforts of home and is a short walk to the river. Enjoy a scenic 30-minute drive to Tybee Island for a day at the beach. Our photos feature both professional shots and real-time images, so you know exactly what to expect. We’d love to host you!
The Space:
When you arrive at our home you will be greeted with a set of stairs taking you to the upper level apartment. Once inside you will enter the living room with has a large flat screen TV complete with Roku and a queen size sleeper sofa. To you left will be 2 bedrooms, one has a queen bed the other a double/full. One of those bedrooms also has direct access to our large screened in deck (complete with another flat screen TV). The dining room is to your left of the entrance with is attached to a kitchen stocked with all your basic cooking needs. Towards the back of the house you will find a full bathroom as well as the 3rd bedroom which contains a king size bed. Large upper level covered deck with lots of seating is a great place to start or end your day! We offer 2 parking spots for our guests. 1 gravel driveway spot, with a extra area on the grass to the right of the hedge.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital combo lock pad. We will provide you with the code upon check-in.
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood shouts southern style Savannah. Our home sits near the marsh that meets the Herb River. Enjoy breezy nights and mature trees dripping in Spanish Moss.
Getting Around:
We recommend driving and offer parking for our guests. However, Uber and Lyft service the area as well.
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We want to provide our guests with maximum privacy and flexibility, so we have check-in and check-out automated. We will call and touch base on the phone, and we can always have someone come and help if you need it, but otherwise, we will leave you and your friends and family to spend time together.
