I had higher expectations based on the reviews when booking. The common areas were scuffed up like the doors to the rooms. Not a huge deal, but not resemblance of a 9.4 rated hotel. Once in my room the toilet was not flushed and the sink was backed up. They were easily remedied by flushing and opening the drain, but definitely made we concerned about the attention to detail regarding the cleanliness of the room.

Impressive rooms, very nice amenities, welcoming staff…they took care of all our requests. Breakfast was good. Expresso machine was a great treat. Nice seating area and they have two bikes you can check out for a stroll around the area.

The staff was very kind and friendly. The room was clean however when we arrived to our room, every cabinet and drawer was open, the couch was halfway pulled out with the bed open and the couch pillows discarded to the side and the long steel shower drain cover was standing on its side out of the shower. It was reassuring that the room was clean! But with our toddler and infant in tow and very very late at night, reassembling everything was slightly inconvenient. Otherwise our stay was great!
