The Estill Manor boasts six beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy. Bedroom 1 features a luxurious king-size bed, perfect for a restful night's sleep. Bedroom 2 offers a queen-size bed. Bedroom 3 provides a cozy double bed. Bedroom 4 includes bunk beds, ideal for kids or additional guests. Bedrooms 5 and 6 each feature a double bed. The manor also includes five full bathrooms, ensuring convenience for all guests. Enjoy the heart of the home in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances like a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Relax and unwind in the living areas, designed with comfort in mind. Step outside to discover a sparkling pool with ambient lighting, outdoor lounge areas, and a fire pit for evening gatherings. The outdoor space also includes a BBQ grill for al fresco dining. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, wireless internet, a TV, and a private garden. The property offers free parking on premises and is conveniently located near Forsyth Park, Downtown Savannah, and the Starland District.

You'll have exclusive access to the entire house, including six private bedrooms, five full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable living spaces. Outside, you can relax on the patio or balcony, enjoy the BBQ grill, or take a dip in the private pool. For your convenience, we've installed a Smart Wi-Fi Deadbolt. Your access code is the last four digits of your phone number on file, and it expires automatically upon check-out. Free street parking is available, but please note that parking in front of the home is paid and requires a Visitor Daily Parking pass, which you can purchase online. Please also adhere to street sweeping signs to avoid towing.

Other Things to Note:
Please be mindful of our neighbors and maintain a respectful noise level, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM. Any disturbances leading to police intervention, neighborhood complaints, or rule violations will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund. Absolutely no parties are allowed. If any damage occurs, kindly inform us before departure. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and on the premises; a $500 cleaning fee applies. We are not pet-friendly; a $500 deodorizing fee per pet applies. Service animals are welcome with prior notification. The maximum overnight guests allowed is thirteen, and occupancy must not exceed sixteen people at any time.
